To create an interesting dining experience, FORMDesign used simple hardwood floor planks arranged in Chevron pattern to articulate designs recalling Italianate Palazzos. Globe lights, exposed brick, and bold colors pay homage to the flag of Italy and harken back to New York City pizza parlors and delicatessen. Seating is arranged along an extended butcher-block family-style layout in the center of the restaurant.
