Gregorys Coffee is a high-end coffee shop that has a passion for perfection, and where the owner Gregory Zamfois bids you to “See Coffee Differently”. Customers experience exotic fresh-brewed coffees from around the globe, aeropressed espressos, perfectly steamed cappuccinos, and freshly baked pastries, all made daily. The rustic interior is filled with rough-hewn wooden walls and artisian-style exposed lamps.

 

Gregorys Coffee was founded in NYC, and is filled with “Super-Baristas who treat Coffee like an Art”. There are 26 locations in the downtown Manhattan area. Currently we are designing 4 different locations of Gregorys Coffee for the DC Metro areas.
